Very friendly staff and excellent service, very worth the price. The remote motel location is compensated by the free shuttle service provided free of charge.
The breakfast was not really good.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
The bathroom was dirty. It looked like it may not have been cleaned.

This motel was an affordable and good choice for us, who were looking for a bed, but didn't want to stay there for the whole day, rather go to see the Falls and the countryside. The location isn't the best, but acceptable, the staff is nice, they can give you all the information you need. So be careful with the 'welcome centers' and go to the motel first. The room was clean, and equipped with a coffee/tea maker and a microwave. The breakfast is ok, but don't think that it is an 'all you can eat' one.

It had favourable location, adjacent to Niagara Falls, expressway/parkway to Niagara Falls and an older industrial area. The queen room was impeccably clean and had a nice bathroom. All the staff were very very helpful and we felt safe.

The hotel owners are very very nice! They offered to take us to the restaurant at night in their car and took us back! Also, they drove us in their car to the falls and back! And all this for free! They told us all she asked nicely and even lent us some DVDs so we can see our computer at night! Free and fast internet.
Breakfast was a bit poor.

We stayed at this motel on a weekend trip to Niagara Falls. We had no problem with the reservation, and the owner of the motel was extremely helpful. I liked being able to park right in front of the door, old school like we did in the 70s. My kids thought it was cool. The 10 year old said it was the perfect blend of retro and modern. By modern, he meant the wi-fi, which we never could get to work, but we didn't ask for help either.
One of my kids and I have severe allergies to house dust, making travel difficult. I bring my own vinyl pillow cover and take an antihistamine before bed. This hotel had to be the worst ever in terms of dust mites. My son and I had trouble sleeping due to the congestion from the dust, even with the precautions taken. Symptoms cleared right up as soon as we left the hotel for sightseeing. Allergy sufferers, beware! I also thought the room was way over-priced for the facilities. At those prices (summer season), they could afford to update the rooms. Maybe they could try new air filters for the A/C and either new mattresses or dust covers for them.

mixed feelings about my stay
The cozy setup provided a nice atmosphere that was cute. I loved the garden view. The comfortable bed made it easy to unwind after a busy day exploring nearby attractions.
The room smelled like it had been smoked in, quite disappointing.

The whole setting of the rooms....was very English! And the staff was amazing too :)
Can add something for breakfast and drinking water. That would make it a perfect stay here :)
